As an American (living in Germany since 1983) her work encompasses disparate perspectives from her experience with people from more than 70 countries and over 35 years in her own business supporting global organisations.

Why Invite me?
I've been speaking in public since I was 11 years old. I'm just as comfortable being part of a group, such as a member of a panel, as in speaking with a host individually. I'm an American citizen who has lived in Germany since 1983 and has had her own business there since 1988, serving thousands of people from more than 70 countries in person. I provide the most value when I'm not directly part of a group, but bring the outside perspective. My strong suite is responding very quickly and having many stories from my vast expertise that move people emotionally, not just provide information. I love a challenge and pride myself in using my creativity to bring clarity and insights to help people take the next step. I am well-known for my situational humor, and can be vulnerable enough to share personal items that show that I can laugh at my own mistakes and cry when it's appropriate. At my last conference keynote, one attendee walked up to me after my talk, said wow, and hugged me. Then she mentioned how inspired she felt. This is a common theme in my life, both during in-person interactions and with clients and peers online.
