She founded Freeing Ourselves after discovering something no amount of professional training fully prepared her for: that high-achieving women- the ones earning, building, showing up- are often quietly bracing underneath it all, running on a nervous system that never got the memo that the emergency is over.

Her work sits at the intersection of Eastern wisdom and Western somatic science. She sequences nervous system regulation first, embodiment second, and only then conversation, because the real work lives in what arises in a regulated body. Her clients describe sessions as the first time they've felt genuinely safe inside their own experience.

She's spoken at more than 10 virtual summits and scientific conferences, been featured on the Impact on Humanity podcast with Dr. Orly Amor, and will be presenting at the Reframing Anger Summit in October 2026. Her book is available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
