I’m Tammy Shemesh, a clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine specialising in fertility and pregnancy, with a deep passion for nurturing lifelong health from conception through early childhood.

Known for my warm, non-judgmental approach, I provide nutrition, lifestyle & supplement expertise, to empower women (and couples) to optimise their health, enhance fertility, and support a thriving pregnancy.

As a mother of two, I understand the unique challenges of prenatal nutrition, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding, and I bring personal insight into the struggles mothers face.
