I’m Torriel, a Career Development Coach with almost 10yrs of experience in career strategy, personal branding, and professional growth.
In 2025, I am on a mission to help 500+ women develop a strategic & sustainable career plan to recognize their dopeness, focus on their strengths, & become more visible on their terms!
Since starting my business in 2021, many of my clients have come to me feeling misaligned with their roles and unsure how to navigate the next steps in their career.
Together, we develop clear, actionable plans to articulate their professional value, showcase their accomplishments, and address workplace challenges stalling their progress.
