I'm a driven high-achiever who used myself as "client zero" to spend the last 20 years learning how to live from my calm center while still achieving big things in the world.

I worked in corporate healthcare for 10 years, and always planned to stay there, until 2015 when my dad passed away from a neurodegenerative disease. His passing inspired me to create my dream business, because suddenly the rest of my life looked like a gift.

I started as a meditation teacher, which grew into a coaching career with several coaching certifications in executive coaching, neuroscience and mindfulness coaching certifications.

Today I work with amazing clients who are CEOs, Founders, and C-suite leaders who are wanting to continue working at a high level while learning to center themselves, anchoring into clarity, calm composure, and daily peace-of-mind to be their best self at work at home with a deeper enjoyment of life.

I love what I do and I love sharing it with anyone who may benefit from learning how to become more centered.
