Amy Tourte is the founder of Alette and a former technology leader with fifteen years of experience across LinkedIn, Dropbox, AWS, and venture-backed startups. Her career has spanned sales, partnerships, growth, and leadership, and she has spent much of it turning ambiguous problems into clear systems and decisions.

After navigating major changes in her own life, including divorce, motherhood, career reinvention, and the transition into entrepreneurship, Amy became increasingly interested in how people make consequential decisions when the structure around them is changing. She later studied psychology and family systems, became certified in divorce mediation, and founded Alette, a platform built around the preparation work that happens before and between professional conversations.

Her work now sits at the intersection of technology, decision-making, self-authorship, family systems, and reinvention.
