For more than 23 years, she has mediated disputes and guided people in identifying the concerns, experiences, and interests beneath fixed positions. She created M.O.V.E. and B.E.L.O.W., practical frameworks for navigating conflict and reaching workable next steps. Sonjia has worked with military leaders and communities across multiple branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and NATO and recently presented conflict-resolution and negotiation skills to state legislators from across the country. Sonjia is a Toastmaster, a member of NSA CO and ICF CO, a recent graduate of SpeakersAcademy (CO).
