Bri Lord is co-founder and CEO of Dominus Foundry in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Before starting the company, she spent 11 years in small-business back offices: scheduling, billing, invoicing and keeping the front office running. She and her husband Mark built Sabina, a private AI for small businesses that can't afford another hire. Sabina answers the phone, books, follows through on what the company promised, and so much more, all under rules the owner writes in plain English, and what she learns stays with the business. They built her first for the front office of the small AV and security company Mark co-owns, because they couldn't afford that hire either. Bri talks about what small business owners should know before handing AI their phones and customer data, and how to keep control of it.
