Through her books, her Substack, The Peaceful Pause, and her communities, The Unhurried Woman Collective and The Unhurried Sisterhood, she walks alongside women as they learn to live gentler, not harder. She lives on a lake in West Michigan with her husband, Brian, and their white lab, Zeus.
