I’m a Venezuelan-German entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades building businesses and operations across Asia.

Along the way, I developed a deep connection with the Philippines, a country that became my home and shaped much of who I am today. Building businesses and living in the Philippines gave me a front-row seat to the talent, ambition, and character of the people around me, and changed the way I think about opportunity, work, and growth.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that potential is universal, but opportunity is not. Some of the most capable people I’ve met have been overlooked simply because of where they happened to be born. At the same time, I’ve seen companies around the world struggle to find the people they need to grow.

That realization led my best friend and I to start Penbrothers in Manila in 2014.

Today, I spend most of my time helping companies solve workforce and operational scaling challenges through remote teams while thinking about leadership, workforce strategy, operational scaling, and how countries like the Philippines can play a much bigger role in the future of work.

I’m always interested in conversations about building organizations, creating opportunities, and helping businesses and people reach their full potential.
