As Founder of Pursue Higher Dreams Coaching, LLC, Crystal provides career and leadership coaching to support individuals and organizations. She recently retired from her teaching position Governors State University.

Crystal speaks on topics such as mental health, workplace culture, and leadership development for organizations in transition.
Her workshop list includes: recruitment and retention of diverse talent, workplace culture and career planning for professionals over 40.

She's also an advocate of career breaks, and recently returned from a 4 month sabbatical in Western Europe.
