Like many women, I learned how to function, adapt, and carry on—while quietly disconnecting from parts of myself that felt heavy or unresolved. What changed my life wasn’t motivation or positivity. It was learning how to look at my story honestly, giving myself permission to name, to call it what it was and then to without judgment, acknowledge it and recognize the strength, insight, and perspective it had already given me.
