My journey taught me the power of discovering one's true self beyond addiction.
I work with individuals in recovery and their loved ones to uncover their authentic identity and purpose.
Using a positive psychology approach, NLP, and training, I guide clients to that catalytic "eureka" moment that sparks meaningful change.
As a certified Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and public speaker, I bring a wealth of expertise in stress management, mental health, and emotional intelligence.
My holistic toolkit helps clients:
- Get out of the rut addiction can leave you in
- Improve relationships and communication

- Discover a life beyond addiction and recovery
- Manage stress effectively
- Resolve inner conflicts
Whether you're struggling with addiction, recovery, co-dependency, or major life transitions, I provide a judgment-free space to explore who you really are.
Together, we'll break down negative patterns and cultivate positive thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Why Invite me?
Prison Officer to Homeless, addiction, DA. There is so much I can bring to the table. I am now a coach to help anyone who has been through similar services. I will talk about any of my life eperience as it is only through sharing that we learn and can step out of the stigma. I find my story rather funny, I am not ashamed and I speak a language that people understand without the unecessary terminology
