Hassan Baraka is the founder of Rose, a startup reimagining couples therapy through hybrid Human-AI journeys designed to make relationship support more accessible, affordable, and proactive. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Imperial College London after graduating from Esade.

Hassan Baraka is the founder of Rose, a startup reimagining couples therapy through hybrid Human-AI journeys designed to make relationship support more accessible, affordable, and proactive. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Imperial College London after graduating from Esade.
Before founding Rose, Hassan worked in venture building and startup growth, helping scale consumer startups, support fundraising rounds, and launch new ventures across Europe. He is also a certified couples counselor, combining hands-on relationship expertise with startup execution.
Alongside building companies, Hassan is the host of The Seed Podcast, where he interviews founders, investors, and operators about entrepreneurship, AI, and building ambitious careers.
