I’m Isabel Melgarejo, Founder and CEO of Tum Coeur, a company created to walk alongside family caregivers through education, practical resources, and compassionate guidance.

My background in engineering and project management has taught me how to navigate complex challenges, create practical solutions, and bring clarity to difficult situations. But my understanding of caregiving comes from much more than my professional experience—it comes from walking the caregiving journey myself.

Today, my mission is to help caregivers feel less alone and better prepared for the road ahead. I want to help them find the knowledge, support, and tools they need to care for the people they love while also remembering that their own wellbeing matters, too.

I believe we can make the caregiving journey a little easier when we are willing to prepare, have the hard conversations, and walk together.
