About Jason Edson
Jason Edson is a story-driven public speaker with an impressive background in healthcare and community-based solutions.
For nearly two decades, Jason worked in emergency medicine, starting as a volunteer firefighter, becoming a paramedic, and eventually supervising ambulance services in three states.
He has received several awards for his extraordinary efforts in saving human lives and has also run the training department for a decade as a Captain on his local Fire Department.
Jason now travels the country advocating for healthcare reform and has a unique insight on the healthcare system.
His experience in both urban and rural environments has given him a deep understanding of the topic and he passionately speaks about how to improve access to healthcare, the need for a more individualized approach to healthcare reform and the policy reforms that can be made to help people take control of their healthcare.
In addition to his speaking engagements, Jason is also a certified paramedic who volunteers on his hometown ambulance and lives in Western Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
He is also a member of the county agricultural society, a youth hockey coach, and even brews his own craft beer.
