Julie holds master’s degrees in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and Management Information Technology and has earned certifications including PMP, PSM I, A-CSM, and CCMP. She has served as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, Business Analyst, trainer, and adjunct instructor, bringing a practical, people-centered perspective to leadership and project management.

Today, Julie is especially interested in career reinvention, lifelong learning, storytelling, and helping professionals build meaningful next chapters. Whether she is teaching project management, developing training programs, speaking on leadership and change, or creating theatre, she believes that the most important projects are often the deeply human ones.
