From clean eating to trail safety, community fitness, and mental well-being, each episode spotlights the many ways New Jerseyans can live healthier, fuller lives.

Kate is also the host and producer of the long-running podcast 'Be The Good with Kate', with over 150 episodes featuring change makers from around the world: nonprofit leaders, Broadway creatives, formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs, and even her beloved Kindergarten teacher.

Kate has a background as a performer including traveling with Jersey Boys, the USO Show Troupe, and Broadway Tonite, an on-camera host, and a certified fitness professional.
