I am a four-time author, TED speaker, and actor who taught myself how to speak in high stakes public settings. After a successful career as a journalist and author I leapt into public speaking through university tours. This experience led me to speaking at a TED event in front of 1,200 people and writing a talk that was voted most popular. Combined with my acting background, I developed a public speaking style that led to me being hired around the country and hosting many events. As a media trainer, I now teach clients of all backgrounds and skill levels how to speak well on camera, in interviews, and on stage. I love being able to share my wisdom to others.
