I’m Violet Meuter, founder of Quantum Mindset LLC. I'm a published author, executive growth architect, intelligent automation strategist, and a former technology executive who helps businesses confidently adopt automation that actually gets used.

My path started writing code as a developer and business systems analyst, expanding to IT and software consulting, co-founding and growing a multi-million-dollar IT consulting firm in southern California, to serving as functioning CIO for a global manufacturer, and advising Fortune 500 and government technology executives as a Gartner Executive Partner. I've sat in the IT chair and the advisor chair, on the manufacturing floor and in the boardroom.

My focus is simple: streamline business workflows to improve operational targets and efficiency, while using intelligent automation to create real, measurable results for the owners, leaders, and teams I support.
