Outside my coaching work, my life is full of family, animals, travel and an enduring curiosity about people and the world around me. I have always shared my life with animals, particularly horses, dogs and cats, and they have taught me a great deal about trust, communication, sensitivity, resilience and the importance of recognising the individual in front of you. I love travelling, exploring new places and spending time in nature, whether that means walking along the coast, discovering somewhere beautiful or simply creating space away from everyday demands. These experiences continually shape my perspective and reinforce my belief that life is about learning, connection, adventure and having the courage to keep growing.
