A place where people can talk honestly about trauma, recovery, mental health, identity, purpose, and what it actually takes to rebuild yourself after life breaks you down.

I’m a military veteran, podcast host, and entrepreneur currently building the W.A.R. ecosystem through media, technology, music, apparel, and community driven platforms like the W.A.R. Network app and the PostScars messaging app.

Most of the conversations I have revolve around PTSD, moral injury, addiction recovery, human behavior, resilience, discipline, loneliness, personal growth, and turning pain into purpose. I try to approach everything with honesty, humor, and real emotion instead of sounding scripted or motivational.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple. I want people to feel seen, understood, and less alone. That’s what W.A.R. is all about.
