I co-founded StartSomeGood, a crowdfunding platform, innovation agency and social enterprise accelerator provider in 2011 and was CEO until March 2024, when I became Entrepreneur-in-Residence after our acquisition by General Good.

I am the Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer of LendForGood, a platform that connects social enterprises with impact investors. Our mission is to grow the business for good movement by democratising impact investment, letting everyone invest in their values and unlocking the impact potential in small and emerging businesses globally.

I previously founded award-winning youth organisation Vibewire (26 years-old and going strong), opened the first coworking space in Australia, worked for an innovation lab in Silicon Valley, was the first Digital Marketing Director at Ashoka, founded the Australian Changemakers Festival and put on legendary electronic music events in Sydney as Circuitry Productions.

I am a regular speaker about and advocate for social enterprise, a coach for founders and a teacher of community-building and fundraising skills. I have shared my insights at events and workshops around the world, including SXSW (Austin and Sydney), SOCAP, The Social Enterprise World Forum, Global Crowdfunding Week Singapore, Nexus Summit and many more.
