I’m Traci, a Business English teacher and connector. My work is built around one belief: professionals don’t need perfect English—they need confident, real-world English.

I work with professionals from Poland, Italy, Brazil, Panama, Bolivia, Turkey, and Mayotte, in fields ranging from data science and software development to project management, quality engineering, HR, tax law, marketing, psychology, and laboratory technology. My students are the heart of what I do. They’re not actors or professional speakers; they’re real people with real careers, real accents, and real stories about using English at work.

I help them prepare for unscripted conversations, and then I look for stages—like podcasts—where their voices can be heard. I’m endlessly curious about how culture shapes the way people communicate at work: how we disagree, build trust, make small talk, and show professionalism. That curiosity is why I love connecting podcast hosts with international professionals.

My students get authentic speaking practice and a global audience. Hosts get diverse, relatable guests with practical stories. I’m not trying to create polished media personalities—I’m trying to help capable professionals feel confident enough to share what they know, and to give listeners a more honest picture of how work really happens around the world.

If you’re a host looking for an authentic international voice, I’d love to help you find the right guest.
