Jim brings 30+ years of practitioner experience across five industries — aerospace manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, government, and nonprofit. He began his career as a quality engineer and systems analyst in aerospace, where he led a rewrite of a parts control system that eliminated recurring shortages and rework by enforcing work-order sequencing. That early experience — watching how the gap between what a process was supposed to do and what operators actually did on the floor drove massive hidden cost — became the seed of the Culture Tax framework he has spent the last decade developing.
