I’ve had something to say since I was a little girl, and an attitude to match. For years, that meant needing the last word. But I came to realize that if I wanted to get more out of life and present myself at my best, I had to be strategic about what I said and how I said it.

I’ve had something to say since I was a little girl, and an attitude to match. For years, that meant needing the last word. But I came to realize that if I wanted to get more out of life and present myself at my best, I had to be strategic about what I said and how I said it.

So I began transforming myself. I took a two-year sabbatical in Mexico, where I slowed down, reconnected with who I am, and built the routines and habits that helped me stop proving myself and start knowing my worth.

When I returned, I began sharing what I’d learned. At the same time, I started sharing online my method of communication: I’d take rude and derogatory sayings and show women how to turn them into classy responses that still got the point across, without tearing the other person down. People responded in a big way. Millions of views later, the message was clear: women want to be respected and heard without becoming cruel to get there. They just don’t know what to say in the moment.

Today I teach exactly that. My course, The Unshakeable Woman, shows women how to command any room with the right words, handle disrespect with composure, and master verbal self-defense. I also built Classy Comebacks, an app our members use inside my community, Haus of POISED. You can find me online at IamChristina.one.

Off mic, you’ll find me in the gym, horseback riding, or at a beautiful table with good company.
