Today, I help leaders and teams develop greater self-awareness, navigate change and make better decisions. I'm also the author of A Better Way to Choose, which explores how awareness influences the choices we make and why behavioural change is often harder than we expect. I speak on leadership, decision-making, female progression, confidence, resilience and the hidden stories that shape our choices. I love creating conversations that encourage reflection, challenge conventional thinking and remind people that there is rarely one "right" path.
