Hi, I'm Erika Salloux, a Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®), Speaker, and Founder of Living Harmony, LLC. Since 2003, I've empowered people to achieve well-being and success through expert organizing solutions.

My lifestyle approach, which is coach-centered and compassionate, combines practical strategies with transformative mindset and habit shifts enabling sustainable change.

The work is done in-person and virtually, including my one-on-ones with clients and my speaking programs that are tailored to the needs of organizations.

My workshops, retreats, and keynote topics include organizing in the work place, creating work/personal life harmony, growth and boundaries for entrepreneurs, and time management.

I have appeared on, and my views have been featured in, such outlets as NPR, ABC, CBS, FOX, Martha Stewart Living Radio, WebMD, and the Boston Globe. I have acted as an organizing consultant for Real Simple.

My clients have included those at the top Boston area institutions of higher education like Harvard University and MIT; large companies, like Raytheon and IBM; health organizations; like Massachusetts General Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance; financial institutions like Loomis, Sayles & Company and Putnam Investments; and government agencies like the National Labor Relations Board and the Transportation Security Administration.

I'm an active member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and a member of its Golden Circle. My NAPO positions have included, and include, Leader of the Speaking for Fees Special Interest Group, Member of the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers Item Writing Committee, and Golden Circle Liaison to the NAPO-New England’s Programming Committee. My NAPO-NE positions have included, and include, Co-Chair of the Programming Committee and Co-Chair of the Public Relations Committee.

I also have served on the National Speakers Association New England Board as the Programming Chair.

My primary commitment is always to transform lives by igniting a journey of self-discovery and fulfillment.

When I’m not organizing, you’ll probably find me swimming in the sea, on the tennis court, dancing, or looking around for the best fish taco in some far off spot.
