From an early age, she watched leadership happen in real time, not in boardrooms, but in the way people treated each other. Relationships came first. Before any deal or decision, there was connection.

She spent a decade owning and operating restaurants, managing teams in high pressure environments where the margin for error was thin. Both her parents and all five of her children have worked alongside her in those businesses at different points. She understands the real world intersection of leading a team while managing a full life, and she knows what it costs when a leader tries to carry everything alone.

Later, she worked in broadcast news, producing a statewide political talk show. That experience taught her how to communicate clearly under pressure, adapt quickly, and keep multiple moving parts organized without losing sight of the people involved.

Today, Erin works with business owners, managers, and professionals who feel stretched thin, people who care deeply about doing good work but often carry more responsibility than one person should hold. Her coaching focuses on improving communication, strengthening accountability, and building sustainable systems so teams operate without constant crisis mode.

Her approach is called people-first leadership. It balances the human side of work (trust, emotional awareness, honest conversations) with the structural side (clear roles, decision making flow, accountability loops). She believes most workplace problems are not caused by people who do not care. They come from unclear expectations, weak communication, and systems designed for a different stage of growth.
