Hiya, I'm Grace!

My career has been shaped by a genuine belief that purpose-driven work deserves the same level of strategic investment as any other sector, and a deep desire to help the organizations and people doing that work truly thrive.

I've spent the past 7+ years working with nonprofits, purpose-driven startups, and mission-led founders across multiple continents and issue areas, from human rights and environmental education to maternal health and pro-democracy movements. Much of my work has been about bringing clarity and structure to organizations that are doing incredible work but haven't yet built the marketing foundation to communicate it effectively.

In 2024 I launched Graceful Media, a marketing strategy consultancy built exclusively for the purpose-driven space. And this summer I'm launching Good Company, a newsletter and community for young adults navigating careers in this world, because the people doing good work deserve to feel supported doing it.

Outside of work I'm a born and raised Jersey girl living just outside NYC, the Membership Chair on the American Marketing Association New York Chapter board, a boxer in training, and a lover of all travel and animals!
