I’m an Author and Psychotherapist, and for the past decade I’ve supported people through healing, change and some of life’s most challenging transitions. Along the way I’ve trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, and while they’ve all shaped my understanding, my work today is rooted less in technique and more in creating the conditions where lasting transformation becomes possible.

My own journey -from living with the effects of deep trauma, to building a life that feels grounded, authentic and free-has profoundly influenced the way I work. It taught me that real change isn’t about becoming someone different; it’s about coming into an honest relationship with ourselves.

I work with individuals and groups, helping people recognise the deeper patterns that shape their lives and relationships, so they can begin to choose a different way of being. I’m also the author novel All The Parts It Takes which follows a woman’s journey back to herself—a story inspired by the same questions that sit at the heart of all my work: how we lose ourselves, how we find our way back, and what it truly means to live in an honest relationship with ourselves.

I love conversations that are thoughtful, practical and deeply human. Whether we’re exploring healing, relationships, parenting, emotional wellbeing or personal growth, my hope is that people leave feeling less alone, more connected to themselves, and with a clearer sense of what becomes possible when we stop living from old patterns and start living from who we really are.
