Dr. Eugene Manley Jr. is a biomedical engineer, cancer scientist, patient advocate, consultant, speaker, and author of the forthcoming book Too Much and Not Enough: Neurodivergence, Race, and Broken Systems. A first-generation scholar from Detroit who was diagnosed with ADHD during graduate school, Eugene brings together lived experience, scientific training, and more than two decades of navigating institutions that often misunderstand people who think, communicate, or lead differently.
