I'm the founder of Resolution Intelligence, where I help business owners and leaders understand their processes, identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions about introducing AI.

I've spent over 20 years working in architectural visualisation and established my first business, Resolution Studios, in 2008. During that time, I've experienced first-hand how technology can transform an industry, create new opportunities and challenge established ways of working.

I'm currently studying for an MBA at the University of Wolverhampton, bringing together my practical business experience with a deeper understanding of strategy, leadership and organisational change.

Through Resolution Intelligence, I now focus on helping businesses approach AI with greater clarity and confidence. I believe too many organisations are rushing towards technology without first understanding the problems they're trying to solve.

My approach is straightforward: clarity first, systems follow, AI comes later.

I'm particularly interested in the human side of technological change, why businesses struggle to adapt and how leaders can make better decisions in an increasingly complex world.
